Sorry Spike, I have only just seen your posts here, with working on the Wiki and having been away at friends in Somerset for a few days I have not seen anything on the forum for a few days.Regarding the image size, glad you worked it out. I was the same until I decided I'd better look at the help file (typical bloke thing where we tend no to look at help or instructions). You can actually do quite a bit with posts providing you know the code to add, which are all in the forum's help section........so anyone new to the forum who has the same or similar problem, have a look in the help section first as it covers quite a bit. If not ask me and I will get back to you.Chris

phpbb3 does not allow for BBCode image resizing for some reason (seems stupid that it doesn't but what the heck) so linking to a gallery image has its restrictions. Using a new BBCode I just created that resizes images to a maximum of 600x600px, images can be added in posts using the rimg tag above. You can't physically add width and height dimensions but if the image you are linking to is quite big, using the rimg tag will resize the image to a maximum width and/or height of 600px. This number can be changed in admin if needed.

The below image uses the new BBCode and they all resize well

Below image original size 800x555
Image

Below image original size 800x527
Image

Below image original size is 800x503
Image

Images smaller than 600px wide or high will not enlarge
Image

It's only a workaround for now but if something new comes along I will try to implement it, otherwise upload an image as an attachment instead. They are set to a maximum of 400px but they too can be changed if you feel the attachment size needs to be bigger.
